Assistive touch preventing your Apple Pay side double click

I was baffled for a good 15min before i understood that turning off assistive touch does not turn off the bottom option that ask if you want to " use side button confirmation " confirm pay . Apple... please turn all option OFF when the top button is OFF, will save people alot of headache.
