numbers not syncing

My spreadsheets in Numbers app isn't syncing my updates only ever since I connected to my iCloud, this problem only on my iPhone and not affecting my iPad. My team collaborations updates perfectly but mine never. Even though my iCloud storage isn’t full and iPhone connected to wifi. Already tried disconnecting numbers from iCloud and reconnecting and reinstalling the app.

When I open the numbers app on my iPhone, my spreadsheet does not appear. It doesn’t appear in my iPad either. If I visit iCloud on the Web from my iPad or iPhone, the spreadsheet appears, but I can’t edit on the web from a mobile device. i checked the files app on my iPhone and the file simply wasn’t there. Saving Numbers app to iCloud I have a MY STOCKS program in my numbers folder in which the data has not been updated since 26th September. This is the date I upgraded to iPadOS 26. I have checked that numbers should be available but when I used the see all facility there is fairly long list of what should be synced. The iCloud Drive is on, but opening that page does not show any apps at all syncing to the iCloud Drive. I have tried googling this problem, and been unsuccessful in getting a solution.

Unable to sync Numbers between iPhone and my Mac I'm trying to move everything I have from Google Sheets to Apple's Numbers. And it's being pretty cool so far but the syncing is not very good between the iPhone and my Mac. That part I thought would be the standout part since I'd use an Apple app on Apple devices, but it's been the opposite actually, Google Sheets always worked great syncing. Have you tried:

Powering down your devices complete, and restarting?

Making sure the device that isn't syncing is signed in with the same AppleID?

Signing out of iCloud and then back in again?

Turning on Numbers at Settings > Your Name > iCloud > APPS USING ICLOUD? (you may need to tap Show All)?

Making sure you set Document Storage to iCloud Drive at Settings > Numbers?
