iCloud Numbers not syncing from web to iPhone or iPad

I began iCloud numbers on my school Chromebook yesterday as my planner where i write down on my homework (Through iCloud on the web).

When I open the numbers app on my iPhone, my spreadsheet does not appear. It doesn’t appear in my iPad either.

If I visit iCloud on the Web from my iPad or iPhone, the spreadsheet appears, but I can’t edit on the web from a mobile device.

i checked the files app on my iPhone and the file simply wasn’t there.

Is there a fix to get this to sync to the numbers app? Because I really don’t want to switch to another service because there aren’t any good free ones out there. Thank You.
