Weather App icons are White
For months the suns are white on the Weather App. I tried the fix in the Accessibility settings suggested by another user and that did not solve the issue.

If the Weather app is not working as expected, and this is only happening in the one app, you can follow If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.
Note: " If the app is made by Apple or came with your iPhone or iPad, contact Apple Support for your iPhone or for your iPad."
