"A globe with an exclamation point means that your Mac tried to start up from macOS Recovery over the internet, but couldn't. Learn what to do if your Mac can't start up from macOS Recovery."
That particular error -1005F has been known to occur if the Mac is unable to contact Apple over its Recovery servers. Unfortunately there are many possible reasons for that. Try a different wireless network, among the other bullet points in that Support document.
