Check Iphone before leaving Apple Store

Hi, I am wondering if Apple allows us to check our iPhone before we leave. More specific, i want to open the box and check it in the Apple Store to make sure that there is no problem, does Apple allow this action. Also i plan to buy Belkin Tempered Glass which i am not good at installing, so may I ask for the specialist in Apple Store to do it instead.

Thanks. This is the first time I am buying iPhone in store so there is much situation I really don't have experience before.

Trade-in in person? For Iphone upgrade program I am enrolled in the Iphone upgrade program. I am currently paying for two phones (but only have 1) since my trade-in box arrived empty. Filed a police report ya-dah ya-dah. To avoid this type of theft in the future, I am wondering if there is a way to take my trade-in to a store?
