I have a 2016 MacBook Pro. Home app say it is no longer being supported after updating to Monterey. So now the question is how to delete this app from my MacBook Pro?

You may not be able to. Generally, built-in Apple apps cannot be removed.

There are four exceptions I know of: Pages, Numbers, Keynote and GarageBand.

But if it can be deleted, do so (at your own risk) by dragging and dropping the app from the Applications folder into the trash

The app runs fine on my late 2015 iMac and 2016 MBP Running Monterey.
