After the 10.0.1 watch update my icons aren’t there any longer.

After the 10.0.1 watch update my icons aren’t there any longer. When I swipe up there are now widgets that I don’t want or need. Is there a fix?

Missing active app icon. Hey, after update to watchOS 9.0 icons for active app disappeard. I used it a lot when I was listening to music, I used it as a shortcut from watch face to now playing app. Any way I can get them back?
