"How many Apple IDs do I need?
Just one. Use the same Apple ID everywhere you sign in to ensure that all your Apple services and devices work together seamlessly and you can access your personal content from all your devices."
Apple doesn't have a service where you can simply search for any accounts associated with a name. Given that the idea is you only need a single account for any one user, there is no need for this. Ultimately if you have had multiple accounts then you will have to resort to any records you may have for finding them.
Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
