Somehow I ended up with 2 apple IDs years ago. Before I go down the irreversible road of deleting one just to streamline, consolidate, lower security risk opportunities, etc. Is there a way to see what apps and purchases I would be losing?

Login with one of the Apple IDs then check your purchases in the App Store. Logout and login with the other Apple ID and do the same. You will see both the apps and subscription you bought with each Apple ID.
For example on the Mac App Store. Launch the App Store App->Store->Account (enter Apple ID and password if asked).
