Apple Watch lights up from the smallest vibration while charging

Hello, boys and girls.

For example, right now my watch (series 6) is charging and they are lying on the sofa. My macbook is also charging and it is also on the sofa. My watch lights up constantly just from me typing on the keyboard. And I'm not a heavy hitter :)

It is so bad that I think that the bar to light up the watch should be at least 10 times higher. Or even better - I should tap watch itself directly to trigger that effect.

Is there anything I could do to stop this very irritating behaviour?

I use official 15cm lightning charger btw and more than potent wall charger.
