I can't check my second hand MacBook's serial number

Good day! I have a second hand MacBook pro 2022

So I am trying to check it online at the official apple website and your system can not recognise my serial num. It is asking me the date of buying the mac (which I am typing), and after there is a msg that I should contact the support team.

Could you pls help me to solve this.
