When talking on the phone, no one can hear me when I use speaker phone after upgrading to IOS 17.0.1 Is anyone else having this issue?

I figured it out. It's unfortunate that Apple is not acknowledging this or doing anything about it. They replaced my iPhone and shortly thereafter, found a solution.
In the control center when on a call make sure "mic" mode is set to "standard" and not "isolation". After I switched to standard, never had the problem again. I was ready to get an Android if it couldn't be solved. Apple was trying to blame it on the cell phone carrier. Let me know if it works for you, good luck!
Having similar issue on Iphone 13. Ear speaker not working. Not able to hear anything. Have to switch to loud speaker to talk. Very frustrating.

Having same issue, on 17.0.2 - apple please fix. Speaker on phone call goes silent and other party can not hear me eithef and also when on speaker the party can hear me
