How do I get a box to put my old phone into to return it?

I purchased an iPhone 15 pro and am returning my old phone for a credit but I'm not sure how to return it

When I arranged a trade while purchasing a new device online, I received the trade-in kit within 2 or 3 days of receiving the new device.
