Have tried several times to connect watch9 with my updated iphone 11.....i tried manually and it gives me a message that it is unpairing the phone but then the face goes back to the pairing?

Is your “updated iPhone 11” using iOS 17.0.1? It should be.
Is your Apple Watch 9 using watchOS 10.0.1? It should be.
