Apple TV front LED is flashing during OS update

I tried running an OS update and the progress bar has been near the end for nearly an hour and the front led is flashing rapidly.

I have tried to use the support app to open a ticket but there’s no option to select Apple TV in the support app.

Update: got hold of support. Power cycling for ten seconds resolved the issue.
