watch os 10.0.1 - saving a waypoint and backrace not working

Unable to save waypoint and backtrace does not show the white arrow to follow. Able to save Bearing and Elevation but not Waypoint. Also latitude and longitude not showing. Location is set to Precision Tracking. Compass Calibration and all others are on under Location Services > System Services. Tried turning on True North then off. Reset the AW Ultra 2 couple times. Actually did same for my AW 8. On both phones, Waypoint unable to save or show. Backtrace does not show the white arrow to follow. What else am I missing here?
