I can't open my iphone because my find your phone is disabled I need your help nothing on my phone is working

Enabling Find My:
Have the iPhone in your hands. If it is not with you, then it cannot be enabled on your end. So, how to enable this:
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: [username] (top item)
- Tap: Find My
- Tap: Find My iPhone
