App Store and Log In

When I go to Settings > Apple ID profile> Media & Purchases > Password Settings, the Require Password options are greyed out.

I can’t change the option to Require After 15 Min, which makes me have to type in my password word for every individual app I need to update in the App Store, every individual song from iTunes, etc and so forth.
