So, before contacting the Car Manufacturer, I decided to update my iPhone to iOS 17.01. The issue was resolved. Apparently, it was the iOS 16.6.1 not compatible with Lexus radio in my case. Maybe other people have newer cars and they have had no issues.. Now it works 100%"
