Audio Issues With New Airpod Pro 2nd Gen with usb-c

Recently bought a brand new pair of airpod pros with the usb-c charging port and already having audio issues on the 2nd day. After wearing and using the airpods, putting them back in the case, and taking them out and using them again there is major audio distortion. This happens with or without transparency/noise canceling and all of the other audio options.

The airpods become very bassy and distorted and the only way i've found to "fix" the issue is by "resetting" them several times. But this solution only works until you put them in the case and then take them out and use them again.

For those wondering i'm using an iphone 13 pro (iOS 17.0.0) with airpods pro 2nd gen with usb-c (model A3048 - version 6A300 - case 60.82.0)
