White cloud appeared over the call screen after updating to iOS 17

after updating my i-phone 11 to IOS--17 Iam seeing a white cloud over the screen when calling someone ?

Call Forwarding icon on but not active in settings I have noticed that a call forwarding icon will randomly appear as active on my phone. Even though the call forwarding service is not active. When the icon is present, I go to settings to verify the feature is not active and it’s not is will indeed be off. Once I verify the setting is off the forwarding icon will disappear. I have ran a virus and malware scan to verify that no malicious activity is going on. I have preformed a soft restart during the problem as well and it will remove the icon. But it will randomly appear again later. I have also verified my carrier settings for call forwarding is deactivated or off. I am not sure what is causing this to happen. Any suggestions or help?

How can I debug an iPhone SE (3rd gen) that randomly opens apps and makes calls? I have an iPhone SE (3rd gen) and my phone has been doing odd things. From opening random apps and calling people. I am currently running iOS 18.3. Anyone know of a way to debug my phone or run a diagnostics test? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

That’s just the way it is working now. Looks the same on my 15 Pro Max and the other iPhones in my household
