backtrack not showing any route info..please help

Just got my ultra 2 but cannot see any info when using backtrack. Been through settings but nothing seems to help!!

I have solution: On iPhone go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [device], tap Reset, then tap Reset Location & Privacy.

Then start the compass on the watch and enable access to the location data and everything works, it shows latitude and longitude and also works backtrack !!!

I also have a new Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the backtrack doesn't work for me either. The compass does not show latitude and longitude. A colleague also has a new Apple Watch Ultra 2 and his backtrack is not working either. I spoke to Apple tech support today and it looks like a software bug and we have to wait for an update. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 settings are correct.
