I was trying to upgrade my iCloud storage, but the payment method was rejected. So I just signed out of my Apple ID and then again signed in. But when I sign in again, some of my notes saved in my iPhone were lost. Kindly help me find the missing notes.

I am experiencing the same thing with my MacBook Air (M2, 2022)! I got a strange "incorrect password" and "No_AppleID_Error" when trying to upgrade to 6 TB of storage yesterday. I signed out of iCloud on my MacBook and logged back in, but some (not all) of my notes were missing. I am very upset and I hope this is resolved soon.
Apple notes are lost.
