sign out and notes missed
I signed out my apple ID yesterday. The notes are missing when I log in my account again. How can I recovery all off my notes. Its really important notes

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Since it sounds like you didn't make any changes to the notes themselves, it sounds like you may not have enabled notes after signing back in. You can do that using these steps from Add or remove accounts in Notes on iPhone - Apple Support.
"Keep your notes up to date on all your devices with iCloud
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Notes.
Your iCloud notes—and any changes you make to them—appear on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac where you’re signed in with your Apple ID."
