Caps Lock changing languages

There's a place in system settings where you can turn that off. See the Switch Between Languges section of

Below is what I see in the middle of the page when I go to the link I gave you. Is that part missing for you?

In any case, you go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Input to find the place where Caps Lock is turned on or off for switching keyboards.
