Audacity won't install FCP's Sound Isolation plugin in Ventura?

To be honest, I did not know that Audacity installed FCP plugins until 5 minutes ago.

I have been using Audacity on my Monterey iMac for the past year with no problems.

Yesterday I updated to macOS Ventura and this morning , when I opened Audacity, this popup appeared.

Can I assume that Ventura has created this problem?

P.S. As I finished writing this I noticed that FCP has Voice Isolation not Sound Isolation so where is this plugin from?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 13.6

I have investigated further and discovered the plugin is from Logic not FCP.

I have also read a number of posts going back to the start of the year and many of them say they are using Ventura, so I assume that Ventura is responsible for this, especially as it occurred immediately after installing it (Ventura).
