Message app Stickers not working on iPhone 15

I have a brand new 15pro max 256gb

with latest software update 17.2

I also have a sticker problem! If a want to create my own stickers with the “+” symbol they shortly appear in an always empty list and disappear immediately again after 1 or 2 seconds , leaving the list empty … So I can create my own stickers but they don’t stay in the list.

I've tried everything I found on the internet.

• hard reboot
• reset all settings
• clear cache
• Log out Apple ID
• turn of iMessage

all the above in all possible different chronological orders…

nothing works!!!

Please help?

it works perfectly fine on my 14pro max also on my 13. So it’s not that I don’t know how to do it ;)

I have the same problem. No stickers. It opens then immediately closes. I never even see the stickers. Rebooting and closing apps does not work. I am not signing out of my apple id as I do not want to setup my wallet again. Apple needs to fix this as it has never worked for me. Did not work on my iphone 13 pro or my 15 pro max.

Switched from iPhone SE 2020 to iPhone 15 Pro. Had updated to iOS 17 before switching phones, and the stickers function worked fine on the SE. It has not worked on the 15 pro. When trying to add a sticker from the photos or messages apps, the drawer will flash momentarily (if at all) then disappear. Hope this is resolved soon!

iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 on 17.2.1 and it’s happening to me as well. I try to create my own stickers with photos and the sticker appears for a second but then disappears from the sticker section a second later.

I’m running 17.2 on a new 15 pro and the stickers DO NOT work. Past stickers I have made are not available and if I make a new one, it disappears immediately.

I reported the Sticker issue immediately to Apple on Saturday, September 23rd. I have been working with an awesome Apple Advisor, submitted all logs and screen recordings, and this is a bug. Apple engineers are currently working on a resolution so we should be receiving an update from them very soon.

I’m at iOS 17.2 and stickers are still not working. They also did not work at 17.1.2.

i think I found a solution go to settings tap on messages then iMessage apps and delete all downloaded sticker packs I did it and it fixed the issue immediately

I don’t think the issue is sticker packs per se. My problem is the stickers I try to make from my own photos. Previous stickers I made that used to work are now gone and any new ones I attempt to make disappear instantly.

I tried this, deleted all sticker packs. Still not working. And if I make a new sticker, it disappears immediately.

It's interesting because my husband and I bought 2 identical iPhone 15 Pro at the same time and I have the same problem as you, but he has no such problem and can send stickers.

We picked up the phone on Friday and the stickers worked perfectly until this morning.

I've restarted the phone and the Messages app separately, but it doesn't appear the same.

Same here , latest updates are all installed and nothing! Apple needs to address this asap as the sticker feature is enjoyed by many users.

I think after 5 months of nothing happening it’s time for a class action case against Apple.

Same here, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.3 - I have tried everything listed in this thread, from deleting 3rd party stickers app to turning imessage off and on. I don't feel like doing full restore just for the stickers so I hope we will get a fix before iOS 18.
