So the update hasn’t worked on my new iPhone 15 pro and have appt at Genius Bar (hope they live up to this name:)
and they will wipe my phone and reset to factory settings they said.
They said that when I got the phone and transferred all my info from my previous phone that the “quick set up” I did, that is with the two phones side by side, way might have transferred bugs etc so hence this re set.
So, I will try this and if it doesn’t help I will try and get another phone as this one is new. I think sometimes no matter what one does, it might be that the actual phone is faulty and you need to start again. But, as you know, this won’t happen easily as they love to take your money but not give you much back. Fingers crossed but I’m up for the fight and I don’t give up easily.
