Message app Stickers not working on iPhone 15

iOS 17.1 solved my problem. It’s been officially released here in USA.

Try updating your software to 17.4. Let me know if this fixes it for you.

You can still use your stickers if you click on the plus sign and then click more and you should be able to see your stickers.

I reported the Sticker issue immediately to Apple on Saturday, September 23rd. I have been working with an awesome Apple Advisor, submitted all logs and screen recordings, and this is a bug. Apple engineers are currently working on a resolution so we should be receiving an update from them very soon.

I had tried everything, except doing a reset. There is one sticker app that was the culprit, and I hadn't been able to see it on a list of apps on the phone to delete it. it's called lovehearts- one word. It wasn't until I read your post just now about going to settings messages and then iMessage that it actually popped up with a red delete button next to it that I was able to get rid of it. My stickers started working immediately. I hope that was the only reason they weren't working but it happened as soon as I did the update. I did all the 17 updates up until today I have the latest and I can't believe Apple did not see this sooner it would seem like a no-brainer to me. And it should be the first thing that they fix as well; it's already been months down the line but they haven't done squat.

iOS 17.4 fixed this issue on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

looks like this is the only way to fix this.

I wiped phone, set it up as new, and it works now.

Actually it's good opportunity to clear phone and get rid of unnecessary apps.

After the last iPhone OS update my stickers are back, and working now. Yay!

So Apple care wants me to erase my device and start fresh. He says its a glitch and the only way to fix it is to perform a reset on the device. I have not finished it yet as it will take a long time to make a backup on itunes due to not having enough icloud space. Just thought I would share.

Here is a link to the instructions Apple gave me to perform. Be sure to do a backup first. Just ignore the title according to the instructions.

Hi there, so don’t go to reset go to erase all content and keep esims then when the phone resets just login based on an iCloud back up correct?

take it in and have them restore/repair your iPhones software!! It worked for me after months of headache!!! Look at my previous reply for full details of how they fix it!

Same here. I’ve been having the issue only since I got my new 15 promax however, if you log out of iCloud turn off iMessage log back into your iCloud it will start working again but it’s hit or miss and might work for a day. It might work for 2. It eventually stops working again Help Apple I made some cool stickers and miss them…

The updates solved the problem for me. It has been working perfectly fine for some time now.
