Message app Stickers not working on iPhone 15

Every time I tap on the Stickers in the message it will return to the the message typing bar, it's not showing the stickers for some reason? I have contact apple support, they cannot fix it. And my iPad have the same issues too.

Someone posted an answer that looked like it worked for everyone

sign out of iCloud

turn off iMessage

sign back in iCloud

turn back on iMessage

(I don’t have messages synced to iCloud, maybe try signing in and out of iCloud then turning on and off iMessage) if you do have them synced to iCloud .. see if that works

It's interesting because my husband and I bought 2 identical iPhone 15 Pro at the same time and I have the same problem as you, but he has no such problem and can send stickers.

We picked up the phone on Friday and the stickers worked perfectly until this morning.

I've restarted the phone and the Messages app separately, but it doesn't appear the same.

Signing out of iCloud is a temporary fix and the problem returns the next day. Additionally, applying the "sign out of iCloud then sign back in" resets the Wallet & Apple Pay and you must reinstall your credit cards. I'm not happy, and I need the cards to work more than the stickers, so I guess I leave it alone for now. FYI, updating to iOS 17.0.3 doesn't fix the issue.

Glad I'm not the only one with the problem. I have contacted Apple about this and the technician saw the bug with their own eyes since they remotely connected to my phone... Even if we didn't find a solution, they must know about this bug at this point and should have enough data to debug it. It is clearly a bug on their side and we can only hope that they are able to fix it at some point.

I have the exact same problem than Ollysterk described in the top comment, I updated from 13Pro to 15Pro and it works perfectly on my 13Pro

I am having the exact same problem as all the others. iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256G, with the latest update. My wife has the same iPhone as mine. However, she is able to make and use stickers as described by Apple. I have tried all of the fixes suggested except the very involved ones in which posters to this thread have stated the problem is temporarily fixed only to return a relatively short time later. Oddly, I can make and use stickers on my iPad Air 4, and iPad Mini 5. On my MacBook Air M1 (2020), sometimes the sticker bubble works. At other times the sticker bubble opens and immediately disappears. I am pretty sure this is not a user error. I am somewhat surprised that someone at Apple can't fix this and/or acknowledge there is a bug in some hardware or software component of this process. I just updated to iOS 17.3, hoping to see this problem resolved. Sadly, it persists.

I am having the same problem with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. My wife, who also has an iPhone 15 Pro Max, is not having a problem with stickers. We both have updated to iOS 17.3. I have tried all of the fixes suggested to date, e.g. restarting, removing sticker packs, etc. Absolutely nothing works on my iPhone. By contrast, my iPad Air 4 and iPad Mini 5 do stickers with no problems. My MacBook Air M1 (2020) sometimes has an issue with Messages wherein the bubble that would contain stickers appears correctly, but at other times, the bubble quickly opens and closes. It is a shame people at Apple cannot figure this out. The many posters in this thread have issues that ought to have led to an official fix by now. If not, they should at least say they are aware of the issue and are (or are not) working on it.

This issue with making stickers appears to be fairly common, but not necessarily universal. I have tried all the suggestions posted here and elsewhere. To date, nothing has worked. However, I can make and use stickers from an iPad Air 4 and an iPad Mini 5. I can also use stickers made on my iPads with Messages on my MacBook Air M1 (2020). My wife and I have new, identically appointed iPhone 15 Pro Max devices. The irony is that my iPhone has issues with making stickers, but my wife's iPhone does not. After carefully comparing both iPhones' settings, the only difference I can find is she sets her Messages to delete after 30 days. Mine was set to Never delete. Now, I am running an experiment where my Messages are set to delete after 30 days. I have 187 Messages that show as available, but they are not. I guess they were stuck in iCloud from the past. I am running under the hypothesis that one or more of these 187 mystery iCloud Messages has an errant sticker in it somewhere and/or some other bug interfering with proper sticker operations. I am still not through this 30 day experiment, but my mystery Message count is going down. I am not going to change any other settings or any other troubleshooting at this point until the experiment is over. At the end of the experiment I will post my results, positive or negative.
