iPhone 15 Pro weak magnet

Hi,

I just got the 15 pro and use a leather MagSafe wallet on the back, I go case less. I noticed the magnet is not strong on the phone and it feels like the wallet can easily fall off. I put it back on a 13 and tried a 14 and it is rock solid. Did I get a bad magnet in my new phone? Should I return it?

My new case doesn’t fit and magnet isn’t strong I am super excited about my brand new iPhone 16, and I got a new otter box case bought from the Apple website at the same time as the phone. The case makes the magnet very weak, and also the case does not seem deep enough to protect the phone. Is there anything I can do? Can I exchange the case? The order number is W********7 thank you! Strong magnets on back of iPhone safe? Hello all. I was reading through an old thread from 2020 and the 12 pro max. I have the 14 Pro Max now and was wondering if putting it in a case that has a strong magnet built in would either cause the battery to drain quickly, heat up or cause some other internal harm. Then It hit me. I had the same Rokform case for the 12 pro max and the magnet was not a problem. Well if you actually use the mag safe charging then it is a definite no way. But by far the best case for mounting on the motorcycle. 2 years that phone was on the road and when it came out of the case and traded in, they asked if I just opened it. All my phones and electronics are in as close to Brand New as it gets sans the shrink wrap. So a magnet on the phones magnet, It's safe. If you would rather have a thin strong safe case and plugging in the charger doesn't cause you pain. look into Rokform and throw you phone out the car window without a worry.

The back where the magnets are located is made of glass and not titanium so that shouldn't affect the magnet strength.
