Greetings ChayimEliazer,

Restarting your iPhone and updating iOS can clear up unexpected behavior. Let's have you give those steps a test and then see if you can sign out of your Apple ID.

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

If the issue persists, then test the behavior after toggling Account Changes on and back off in Screen Time, as perhaps this may clear up a syncing issue being experienced. Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
3. Under Allow Changes, select the features or settings that you want to allow changes to and choose Allow or Don't Allow.
Here are some features and settings that you can allow changes for:
* Account Changes: Prevent account changes in Accounts & Passwords

Let us know if that helps.

Kind regards.
