Why it is shown like this at all? Now if I give somebody my phone to show something in Safari and:
Even me myself slide accidentally and all the time I asked for a PIN, I need to cancel it and return back.

This article explains more about private browsing on your iPhone: Browse privately in Safari on iPhone - Apple Support. Removing that option from the Safari window is not currently possible. If you've unlocked your iPhone and opened Safari, it might be able to be seen using the steps as you described them here.
