Apple Pencil Magnetic Cap
I was wondering if the magnetic cap that covers the charger on the end of the Apple pencil are sold for a replacement on mine?

Apple doesn't offer the magnetic cap as a replacement part. However, if you visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - and ask very nicely (with a smile) the technicians may, if you are lucky, be able to help you.
Otherwise, you may find third-party replacements are available from Amazon or ebay.
