Script Menu no longer show in any apps on Ventura

I have several AppleScripts that used to show up in the Music application. Since upgrading to Ventura, they don't. I put them in the folder /user/library/Scripts Application/Music and set up Applescripts as shown in the screenshot below but the script menu doesn't show up ANYWHERE like it used to.

Any advice appreciated.
