Accessing SiriusXM App on new Phone

I recently upgraded my phone when I went to use my SuriusXM app its asks for a username and password which it says I don’t have an account which I do and it’s the same username and password when I bought the app then both Apple and SiriusXM say to call each other because they can’t see my account because I purchased through Apple and Apple says to call SiriusXM. I’ve called Apple and SiriusXM twice and no one can help has anyone else had this issue? I just want to use the service Apple takes off my credit card every month.
