Emails Not Sending When I’m Not Home
When I leave my house, emails from my Apple mail app won’t send. I can send them from my Gmail, but not my Roadrunner account. As soon as I get home, they send.

Is RoadRunner your Internet provider? If so, they may have a restriction that you be logged into their service in able to use their email server to send emails. This is a spam reduction measure. Contact RoadRunner and ask them if they are restricting email sending from their email server when not connected to their service.
