16.7 upgrade and Ring cam issues

Latest update to 16.7 on iPhone 8 has made my Ring camera notifications only chime and not give verbiage as before. Is anyone else experiencing this? Ring support is no help.

Ring Door Bell Notifications not working After installing ios 16.6, my Ring Door Bell notifications no longer work... nor do my Y! Camera notifications. I have gone into each app and enabled notifications. I have made sure I'm not on DND. I don't know how to fix this.

Notifications from the Ring app not arriving on my iPhone 14 phone I recently purchased the Ring stick up camera and followed the step-by-step guide as well as chose the settings that I wanted. However, notifications just don’t arrive to my iPhone 14. To troubleshoot, I did the following: Verified my iPhone’s general Ring app settings to confirm that the notifications are enabled. Switched off my iPhone, waited for 1 minute and switched it back on. Chatted with the Ring support team who confirmed that my camera device was working perfectly and nothing appeared to be out of the ordinary. I called the CS Support team to receive troubleshooting support regarding the in-app features and they confirmed that everything was fine. However, notifications won’t arrive if my Bluetooth is on. This part I didn’t get and sought to obtain more information but I was informed that that’s just how the software is currently built. Changing it would require me to send my feedback via email (which I did after the call) so it can be passed on to the Product team. Essentially, I have a new camera that doesn’t notify me about any motion activity and, thus, has become useless. I was made aware that it’s related to the notification settings but yet informed that the settings were well set. Having the Bluetooth enabled apparently prevents me from obtaining notifications but I need it in my day to day so my iPhone is connected to my Apple Watch and AirPods. Has anyone experienced a similar issue ? If so, how have you resolved it because this has quickly become a frustrating situation and I feel stuck at the moment.

I have had problems with my Blink camera system since the new 17.0 update from Apple. I’ve been reading about hundreds of issues.
