After the last Apple Watch OS update, Control Center disappeared from my SE watch. I did a soft reset and then a hard reset, and neither worked. I even tried wiping my watch and reinstalling everything, but still no Control Center. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

to bring control panel, you need to press side button (the one below round bottom). Control panel doesn’t swipe up anymore like it used to, I guess it was changed with the new update. I did everything too, only took me 2hr to figure it out…

Not the round, rotating, sticks out from the case, Digital Crown. The flat oval button next to the Digital Crown (see picture)

“Side Button Click Speed” can adjust the press and release timing, so you get the Control Center display every time. Adjusting The “Side Button Click Speed” is also useful for Apple Pay’s double press and release. There is “Default” (sub second timing of needed), “Slow” (up to a second between press and release), and “Slowest” (up to 2 seconds between press and release). I like the “Slow” setting.
NOTE: Slow and Slowest settings do not mean you have to wait a full second or 2 seconds between press and release. It just means you do not need to be super fast.

It works on all non-broken Apple Watches.

Do not press the crown. I was doing this. I learned from this discussion thread. Below the crown the long slender capsule shaped button. Press that once. Love having the control center available for quick access!

You will have to scroll down a good bit to get to the Side Button Click Speed setting.

I am assuming you have figured out you can quickly press the flat oval side button in order to bring up the Control Center, and the alarm silents icon.
You are pushing the wrong button. Push and release the side button, not the digital crown wheel.

I know it sounds like it but I assure you it is the small oval button below the crown. It started with the last update. The thing she misses the most is the find the phone on the control center
You now need to press the side button to access the control panel. We are no longer able to swipe up to access it…
You still have these features except you now need to click the side next to the crown to access these features again. Hope that helps.
Ok, I called Apple support and the simple answer is….. PRESS THE SIDE BUTTON ONLY ONCE! Do NOT hold it down!! This is THE NEW WAY of accessing the control panel.

You are apparently still on watchOS version 9 or earlier. These older versions used a swipe up from the bottom edge of the watch face to bring up Control Center.
A quick press and release of the flat oval side button to bring up the Control Center is a watchOS version 10 feature
This happened to me too when I got a new phone. I figured it out tho! 🙌🏼 follow the pathway: watch app > general > reset > reset Home Screen layout
i don’t know if this will f up your old settings but whatever it’s worth it.
