Apple mouse left/right click always bring up a drop down menu (HELP)

Hello!! I have an iMac and just updated it to macOS Ventura 13.6. But this problem started even before that update and still remains today. I see these random drop-down menus whenever I click any app/chrome/just desktop wallpaper regardless of whether it's left or right click. Yes, I tried to fix that secondary click but it still does this even after I turned it off. (please see the attached screenshots)

I have tried pairing a new Bluetooth mouse but the same problem happened with a brand-new mouse. Also, I guess it's synced to my iPad too so I see the same problem when I'm using my iPad with a mouse too. The only solution I was able to find was just restarting the whole thing- but after some moments it just came back again! I'm in this infinite cycle of mouse trouble (unable to click anything properly)- restarting - randomly getting that problem again - and restarting again. And I'm being chased after by my Master's program and lots of paper work. Please, please, please help!!!!!

Follow previous advise - First

Running a Apple Silicon machine like yours with Ventura 13.6.

Using Apple Magic Mouse 2 with bluetooth connection

When I turn off the Secondary Click function it does stop presenting the Drop Down Menu

Only as a Fall Back position after try previous suggestion First

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

I have the same issue. Right click when I click on the left button. If I turn off/on the mouse it works correctly but reoccurs at random. On my 3rd mouse and they all do the same thing. 2 Apple and one 3rd party mouse. Convinced it is a software or an interface issue. Mouse settings are correct and mouse has no debris.

It's really getting annoying. I may just go to a wired mouse as is likely the blue tooth interface. Expensive computer with a mouse that does not work and good luck getting help from Apple. They think you are just some dummy the mixed up the mouse settings. There is something randomly occurring in the wireless interface to the mouse that is confusing it.
