Robux premium credited to another account

I bought a roblox premium using Apple Pay its logged in with my account vlad. and the second picture is my friends account and she is logged in my phone before. but everytime i purchase premium or robux it goes thru her account instead of mine. even though i am the one who is logged in and using my account to purchase robux.

Last week i posted related to this, well i understand now how this bug works. when you use purchase premium using apple pay the account you use will always be tied to the apple id. example Account A(1st account you use)purchases premium it works and so on, now you log out use another Roblox account. Account B purchases premium it, now it wont work because the premium purchase you made is credited to Account A. apple ID always read account A as the beneficiary of purchases of premium. it can be easily reproduced by using a clean apple id acount and do the methods above. some people dont use same account forever i hope you guys fix this.

Don’t purchase ChatGPT Plus membership via iOS App I have 2 gmail addresses: my_gmail_1@gmail.com and my_gmail_2@gmail.com. I used my_gmail_1@gmail.com to login in ChatGPT iOS app and my Apple ID is my_gmail_2@gmail.com. After I purchased Plus membership via iOS app, my ChatGPT account (my_gmail_1@gmail.com) was not updated to Plus membership at all. I contacted OpenAI customer service and they were able to find the active membership using the order #, but the membership isn’t linked to either of the email addresses. Instead of helping me to apply the membership to my account, OpenAI customer service told me to ask Apple to provide the email address Apple used to associate with this subscription. As of now I didn’t get any response from Apple. Meanwhile Apple didn’t allow me to submit refund request because they claimed that this purchase was non-refundable. Did anyone else have the same issue? Is it Apple issue or OpenAI issue in this case that the payment went through but iOS app wasn’t upgraded to the proper membership? Thanks.

Unfortunately, we can't assist you with app bugs, as those aren't operated by Apple. You'll need to contact ROBLOX for that. However, if you'd like to process a refund for those purchases, you can do so by following these steps.
