Lockscreen Wallpaper not showing correctly after clean install of macOS Ventura via backup of Time Machine

FINALLY I've managed to find a fix, that for me it worked!

Fix to login screen not showing correctly on Mac:

1 - Copy USER UUID value/numbers, not the hardware UUID, the users UUID, by typing the following in Terminal: 

dscl /Search -read "/Users/$USER" GeneratedUID

2 - Copy the UUID number

3 - Create a folder on “ /Library/Caches “ called “ Desktop Pictures “

4 - Create a folder inside “ Desktop Pictures “ with the UUID numbers

5 - Change the wallpaper on macOS preferences

6 - Reboot

i do not have FileVault activated, I am the only user, no guest, and problem still persists

and for some reason I don't have this folder/png on my Mac:

"/Library/Caches/Desktop Pictures/<your UID>/lockscreen.png"

ALSO:

• FileVault is turned off
• Display login window is set to "List of users"
• Guest User is disabled

at the moment the problem still occurs

already talked with 3 apple customer support. no luck.

Let's see if any solution pops up. Waiting Apple to contact me about this issue on Thursday.
