I can't download apps??

Because I need to application requires iOS 12.4

I'm guessing you mean they require iOS 13.4.

The iPhone 6 is a very old phone and cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.5.7. If you need to use a higher operating system, you will need to purchase a newer phone.
