After upgrading to iOS 17, functionality stop working in my iPhone 12. If I restart, it seems I can add one ticket, but then it is not available in wallet when I look for it. Then, if I try to add another ticket (from Mail), Safari stays in a blank page and nothing happens.

Ask the support team for the ticket or pass you’re trying to add to Apple Wallet if they support iOS 17.
Yes, because tickets, passes etc are through links, emails or apps the issuer creates, they may be required to update their apps etc. to be compatible with Apple Wallet safety and security measures.
