Airpods pro 2nd gen ear tip fit test fails randomly

This might seem very odd but I bought airpods pro 2nd gen 1 week ago and all seemed fine but in the last 2 days my airpods works well until 5pm or something (it seems they have a job for themselves) but for example when I left work, the left airpod just gets randomly ear tip fit test failed and I just cant get them work properly (actually the left one sound louder, but ANC/Transparency works the same on both.. i had airpods pro 1st gen and I used only medium tips and never got this problem….
