When texting my daughter on iPhone texting field says text message and bubbles are dark green. All other iPhone recipients field says iMessage and bubbles are blue I have not changed any settings why is this happening.

When imessage is unavailable it will send it as as text message this due to either you or the recipient is in an area with a weak wifi/cellular signal or has imessage turned off.
