scanned a qr code from a work email which took me to a site that said it was downloading data

Fake email from work sent out a scam. It was a QR code to scan and I was dumb (also I had never heard of this type of phish/scam) and in a rush so I quickly scanned it with my iPhone 13 Pro, but just about as soon as the website started to load I thought to myself I should check the sender and sure enough it was a bogus sender. I noticed only briefly that it said it was downloading data? Maybe it just said browser data, but it had a loading/downloading icon. I quickly exited out of it and erased cache and cookies and then reset important passwords. Do I need to do anything further? I’ve contacted my IT department and so far they’ve just that I should be fine, but if I wanted to be sure I could reset my phone. What do you guys think?
