When I look on trying to reset on tt for vids it shows random stuff that don’t work but I don’t know how to tester it

To reset your Apple Watch, follow these steps: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Note that you will need your Apple ID password to remove Activation Lock. If you are selling / giving away / trading in your Apple Watch, also follow these steps: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else
