After iOS 17 satellite view is now not option for shared locations

After the iOS 17 update I can no longer see shared locations in satellite view. This feature is really important to me living in rural America I feel that the satellite view gives me more peace of mind. I want to see the landscape.

will this be corrected or is there a setting to be enable?
